LOCATE A PACE OR FEATURE  

A user wishing to locate a Place or Feature by its name should enter either the whole name; OR the first few characters of the name; OR a text string from within the name proceeded by the ‘%’ wildcard character.

 If more than one place or feature matches the search string the user will be presented with a Search Results Page. If sufficient details are provided for a unique result the user will be presented with the Map Page. If a search does not return any results try reducing the number of characters provided and use the next page to select the desired result.
