SEARCH RESULTS PAGE
If sufficient details are
not provided for a unique result after using the Search Page, the user
will be presented with some options which all fit the original search criteria.
This is achieved through the Search Results Page.
The presentation of this page will vary depending on which search option
was activated. Three examples are illustrated below:
Address Search:
Block Search:
Place or Feature Name
Search:
In each case the user is
presented with the criteria used in the search and the possible results,
including further information of the qualifying records. There may also be more
than one page of possible results in which case the last line will provide for
the capacity to move to the next or previous page. In all cases the user has the
option of another search.
When the desired result is
displayed the user should click on the Show Map link to display the Map Page
with the result highlighted in Orange in the centre of the view.
